Police have urgently warned the public after spotting an individual deemed dangerous traveling through the area. London .
Vasile Coceban, aged 36, was reported as missing by personnel at the Park Royal Centre for Mental Health located on Acton Lane in Brent on Wednesday at 10:32 am.
The police have issued two photographs of Vasile from the day he disappeared; he can be seen wearing a purple camo hoodie, gray track pants, and light-colored sneakers.
He has reportedly purchased new attire and a sizable black backpack since then.
He was spotted on surveillance cameras in a store on Kilburn High Road later that same day around 4:20 PM. At the time, he was dressed in a gray track jacket with a red T-shirt underneath and was seen with the backpack he had purchased earlier.
Officials think he remains in Brent and the North West London region, yet their probe indicates that after disappearing, he journeyed elsewhere. Hyde Park from Westminster and then returning via the railway system.
Detective Superintendent Andrew Brien of the North West Command Unit appealed to residents in the Kilburn district to inspect their sheds or gardens, as Vasile might be sleeping rough or camped somewhere outdoors.
He emphasized that it is crucial for Vasile to be returned to the treatment facility where he is currently receiving care.


According to law enforcement, Vasile is characterized as white, standing at 5 feet 4 inches, with an average build and brown hair.
Detective Superintendent Brien stated: "Upon learning about the threat presented by Vasile, a swift operation for a high-risk missing individual was initiated."
